Refund policy

Our success has been built on customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or credit. If you are not pleased with any of our products, please contact our office for a return authorization and we will be glad to accommodate your needs. However, we can not accept returns on used merchandise or customer damaged goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For your security, please return your product and receive a tracking number either by USPS or with a tracking courier (UPS, FedEx) and hold your receipt. Col de Mar is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
