Shipping:
All purchases are shipped UPS or FedEx ground within 2-4 days of receipt of your order. Expedited and International shipping is available by contacting our office. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 1pm eastern standard time.

Returns and Exchanges:
Our success has been built on customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or credit, provided the merchandise is returned within 15 days of purchase date. If you are not pleased with any of our products, please contact our office for a return authorization and we will be glad to accommodate your needs. However, we can not accept returns on used merchandise or customer damaged goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For your security, please return your product with a tracking courier (UPS, FedEx) and hold your receipt. Col de Mar is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
